Cancellation And Refund Policy

At Sport Forza, "Customers" are not allowed to cancel booking online and request for refund. 

However, "Customers" do have privileges to change sport field , booking date and booking time by contacting "Sport Center" directly.

The change of booking will be done under individual "Sport Center"'s policy. 

These condition includes the number of times "Customers" can make booking modification or the minimum advance notify day before actual booking. 

Usually, last minute or last day modification of booking is very undesired by "Sport Center". 

Normally, "Sport Center" would allow "Customers" 1 to 3 times to modify their bookings.
