"Customers" can publicly visit into Sport Forza system at www.sportforza.com to search for their desired Sport Centers according to the location their live or their travel destination and the sport activity of their preferences.. Next they can choose sport centers that match their criterias, conditions and preferences. After seleting booking field, booking date and booking period, "Customers" need to register and log in to confirm the booking by entering necessary such as payment method, and verification information. 

This information woud be send to the Sport Center so that the field would be prepared the field for the "customers". With these easy process, the Sport Center burden on 1. Receiving the telephone call, 2. Search for available booking, 3. Responding to "Customer"'s request, 4. Repeat the process until desired booking period is achieved or until all required bookng is satisfied. With all these steps was done at the "Customer" side, the process has made a satisfactory feeling for both "Customer" and "Sport Center"
