After the "customer" confirms their booking, and if there is any possibility to prevent the customer from using the booking field. As Sport Forza does not offer a cancellation and refund policy for any bookings. However, the customer can resolve the issue by changing the booking field, booking date or booking time according to the policy of the "sports center" they have booked.
